Because we are a small business we are able to provide an unprecedented level of personal service to our customers; ensuring they are listened to and guided to what they might need, rather than selling them something they don’t want. We are trying our best to stay connected with our shoppers and city by posting products, contests and fun facts on our social media network keeping the public engaged. In an industry like ours it is important to have that customer interaction. The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the planet. Point blank, we have all had to adapt to change in many different forms.
